Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Bath, Maine. Design plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility.
As of February 25, 2026, this project is in the design phase. The district has not set a timeline for construction to begin. Regional School Unit 1 intends to procure architectural and engineering services for a proposed Dike-Newell Elementary School project. Qualification packages are due at 3:00 pm on December 12, 2025, at Regional School Unit 1, 34 Wing Farm Parkway, Bath, Maine 04530, ATTN: Patrick Manuel. Responding firms must comply with the detailed RFQ Information for Architects and Engineers on the RSU 1 or Bureau of General Services websites: https://www.rsu1.org or https://www.maine.gov/dafs/bgs/business-opportunities.
