It is required to work during power outages but has reached the end of its useful life. The existing generator would hold value for a trade-in or as back-up parts. This is a high priority project in the Fiscal Sustainability Plan due to its criticality. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
