Work to include: Removal and disposal of existing roofing down to deck Installation of new polyisocyanurate insulation (minimum R-30 average across the roof, achieved through staggered layers totaling approximately 5.5"-6" in thickness) Fully adhered 60 mil EPDM membrane Vapor barrier High-density cover board Code-compliant edge metal Roof drains integration and slope improvements. They do not expand contractor liability beyond workmanship and system performance within their control. The selected contractor shall furnish proof of the following insurance coverages prior to contract execution: - Commercial General Liability: Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate - Workers' Compensation & Employer's Liability: In accordance with Maine state law - Automobile Liability: Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence - Umbrella/Excess Liability: Minimum $2,000,000 - Builder's Risk or Installation Floater: Required if materials will be staged or stored on-site The Town of Cape Elizabeth shall be named as an additional insured on all liability policies.
