Renovation of a mixed-use development in Caribou, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
will be soliciting bids from qualified providers for AV Equipment to be installed in the new Caribou Elementary-Middle School. Systems to be provided include classroom monitors, sound systems, digital signage, and supporting equipment. Systems shall be installed during construction and bidders must be able to provide installation and local support. All interested bidders shall register for addenda and Q/A responses to John@TabbTech.com. Anyquestions must be submitted via email no later than 12:00 PM on March 24, 2020. Answers will beforwarded to all bidders. A site inspection is not planned as part of this bidding process. The owner reserves the right to waive all formalities, and reject any and all proposals, or to accept any proposal. Proposals shall be submitted upon the letterhead of the bidder in pdf format. Nodecision regarding who is the successful bidder will be made at the time of bid receipts.
