Installation and commissioning of a comprehensive overhead paging and intercom system, including homerun cabling and IP-interactive management capabilities. Maine School Administrative District No. 51 ("District") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit competitive proposals from qualified technology integration contractors to provide, configure, install, and commission a comprehensive overhead paging and intercom system for Greely High School. The objective of this project is to modernize the school's communication infrastructure, transitioning from an unstable daisy-chained architecture to a high-reliability, modernized system featuring homerun cabling and IP-interactive management capabilities. 2. Project Location & Site Details Greely High School, 303 Maine Street, Cumberland, ME 04021. The current intercom and paging cabling throughout Greely High School is daisy-chained, which severely restricts zone management capabilities and introduces single-point-of-failure vulnerabilities.
