Description: River Road Culvert Replacement Baldwin, Maine. Location: In Cumberland County, the project is located on River Road 0.1 miles southwest from the intersection with Pigeon Brook Road. Outline of Work: The work to be done under this contract consists of the removal of the existing culverts, the installation of precast abutments, precast concrete arch culverts, riprap, guardrail, roadwork, and other incidental work. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond at 5% of the bid amount payable to Treasurer, Town of Baldwin as a Bid guarantee. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder. The right is hereby reserved to the Town of Baldwin to accept or reject any or all bids.
