Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Falmouth, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Bidders may visit the existing building Monday through Thursdaybetween7:00amand 4:00pm The Town is seeking interested and qualified contractors to submit to replace the existing roof on the cold storage addition of the sand shed at the Public Works facility. All bidders must include all labor, materials, personnel, and equipment needed. All interested bidders must provide qualifications, experience and background showing the abilities to perform the requested work. The bidder must include 3 project references, including client contact name, email and phone number. Bidders are required to provide information about materials that are being proposed. Bidders will provide a completion date as part of their proposal. The awarded bidder shall enter into agreement (attached) and provide the required insurance certificate per the agreement The town reserves the right to negotiate with any bidder; and the Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes.
