The term of this Agreement shall be for three (3) years. The Agreement may be extended up to five (5) years total. Falmouth Town Hall is located at 271 Falmouth Road and is open Monday 7:00 am-4:30 pm and Tuesday-Thursday 8:00- 4:30 pm. It is preferred that the cleaning be completed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am (offices are usually unoccupied by 6:00 pm but meeting rooms may be in use). The facility is roughly 13,000 square feet in size with the following features: • Two Working Floors • 5 Bathrooms • 2 Conference Rooms • 1 Council Chambers • 1 Common Kitchen Space • 13 Occupied Offices Upstairs • 3 Occupied Offices Downstairs The Mason-Motz Activity Center is located at 190 Middle Rd. Office hours for the facility are Monday-Thursday 8:00 am5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm but it is common for the building to be used 7 days a week. It is preferred that the cleaning be completed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. The facility is an active community center hosting adult and youth programming as well as a childcare center. The facility is 19,000 square feet in size and includes the following features: • One Working Floor • 6 Bathrooms • Senior Room (including kitchen area) • Gym • 3 Occupied Offices and 3 Workstations • 1 Conference Room • 8 Classrooms (6 requiring cleaning) • 1 Common Staff Kitchen Space The Public Works Department is located at 101 Woods Road and is open Monday-Thursday 7:00 am-4:30 pm. The facility requires twice-weekly cleaning. It is preferred that the cleaning be completed between the hours of 6:00 pm and 6:00 am. The facility is roughly 4,000 square feet in size and includes the following features: • One Working Floor 2 Bathrooms • 4 Occupied Offices • 1 Conference Room • 1 Common Kitchen Space The Fire Department has three stations. The Foreside Station is located at 287 Foreside Road, Central Fire Station is located at 8 Bucknam Road and West Fire Station is located at 5 Winn Road. Central Station is open to the public Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm. It is preferred that the cleaning be completed on weekdays after 5:30 pm. Features: • Foreside Station has one bathroom on the ground level that requires janitorial services once a week. • Central Station has 2 bathrooms, admin offices, and a training room that require janitorial services twice-weekly. • West Station has one bathroom on the ground level that requires janitorial services twice-weekly. The Wastewater Department is located at 96 Clearwater Drive and is open Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:00 pm. It is preferred that the cleaning be completed between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:00 am. The facility includes the following features: • Two buildings, each one working floor (2, 475 SF and ~600 SF, respectively) • 3 Bathrooms • 3 Occupied Offices • One Common Office Space • Conference Room • Laboratory • Common Kitchen Space The detailed scope of work for each facility is provided in the attached spreadsheet (Attachment B). The Police Department is not currently included in the scope of work for this Request for Proposals but may be added to the contract at a future date. The Police Department is located at 2 Marshall Drive and is open 24/7. The facility requires twice-weekly cleaning. It is preferred that the cleaning be completed between the hours of 6:00 pm and 12:00 am. The facility is 7,900 square feet in size and includes the following features: • One Working Floor • 2 Locker Rooms with Bathroom and Shower Facilities • 2 Separate Bathrooms (1 Hallway & 1 in Communications’ Center/Breakroom) • 7 Occupied Offices • 3 Shared Common Workspaces • 1 Conference Room • 1 Common Kitchen Space • Gym
