OUTLINE OF WORK: The project includes, but, is not limited to the following items: PROJECT LOCATION: The project areas include the following: 1. Work is within Hayden Way in Falmouth ME, with connection into Ledgewood Drive, Falmouth. 1. The work includes the installation of 2 water service supply lines to #3 and #5 Hayden Way. Connections into Ledgewood drive water main and extension alongside Hayden Way to the individual homes. 2. The interior connection of the new water service supply line to the existing internal water plumbing and removal of existing obsolete water infrastructure. 3. The restoration of Ledgewood Drive and Hayden Way to Town standards, including pavement and loam/seed in any disturbed areas. 4. Abandonment of existing drinking water wells in coordination of proposed system initiation. 5. Coordinate and obtain all permits with Portland Water District and Town of Falmouth, ME as necessary to complete scope of work.
