The Town of Falmouth Wastewater Department is building a 3-bay garage located at the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) to store vehicles and equipment. The Falmouth WWTF is located at 96 Clearwater Drive, Falmouth, ME 04105. Scope of Work Refer to the accompanying drawings entitled Triple Garage - Falmouth Wastewater Bid Set, dated 2024-14-06. Contractor will be required to obtain all required building permits. The Town of Falmouth Wastewater Department will provide the following: 1. Planning Board approval 2. Access to site, buildings and sewer infrastructure The Town will evaluate each bid individually and in the context of all other bids. Bids must be fully responsive to the requirements described in this request, and to any subsequent requests for clarification or additional information made by the Town. Bids must comply with and are subject to all provisions of applicable federal, state, and local laws. Bids failing to comply with the submission requirements or those unresponsive to any part of this solicitation may be disqualified. Bids will be evaluated according to the following. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town.
