This is a Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Contract for the construction of a new Land Port of Entry (LPOE) in Fort Fairfield, ME. It includes requirements for Design Phase Services, and an Option for Construction Services at a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). This project is part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) funding. This solicitation is a 2-phase Request for Proposal (RFP). This SF-1442 applies to Phase I. A bid guarantee (SF-24) will be required ninety (90) calendar days prior to the exercise of the GMP Option for Construction Services. The Contractor shall furnish required performance and payment bonds within fourteen (14) calendar days of exercise of the GMP Option for Construction Services. Offers providing less than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days for Government acceptance after the date Phase II offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected.
