Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Harpswell, Maine. Completed plans call for the construction of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.

The Contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, vehicles, tools, test equipment, transportation, inspection, unloading and inventory keeping. Compound - The 25' x 28' parcel has an approximate 12' x 12'' communications fenced in compound located behind the Fire Department building. Scope to include site planning and approvals, site preparation, and clearing. The existing fencing is to remain; but the proposer shall quote new fencing of equal size and removal of the existing fence. Note that the site had a previous 80' tower that was recently dismantled. The old foundation shall be removed. Tower - 100-ft self-support lattice tower and foundation with aerial ground rod, grounding system, and transmission line management to the building. No waveguide ladder is required as coaxial cable bracket cluster clamps will be utilized. Antennas - the installation of whip and parabolic antennas and associated mounting brackets and transmission lines. The Town of Harpwell will provide this material for the contractor to install and specification sheets on the equipment to be provided. Performance Surety Bond Required - Required.
