Remodeling of a recreation facility in Houlton, Maine. Completed plans call for the remodel of a recreation facility.
The Town of Houlton is requesting proposals from qualified Plumbing and HVAC Contractors for the installation of heat pumps at the John A. Millar Civic Center. The project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of four ceiling cassette VRF heat pump systems. All proposal documents must be labeled with "JMCC Heat Pump Proposal" on the outside of the envelope if submitted by mail. Bids may also be sent via email. Specifications are available on the Town's website. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Specifications for Heat Pumps at John A. Millar Civic Center as follows (however, not limited to) o High efficiency single phase VRF heat pump system. o Single phase outdoor unit on stand. o Two ceiling cassettes indoor units for warming room. o One ceiling cassette indoor unit for upstairs office. o One ceiling cassette indoor unit for Pro-shop in main lobby. o Thermostats for each area/unit as needed/required
