**As of January 07, 2026, the project was awarded to Carver Construction but the awarded amount is not available.** The work shall consist of the following; Road improvements to project site, install new vehicle circulation and parking, install new boat ramp and docks, provide structural fill and bring to subgrade, provide and install new road gravel subbase and base material, provide and install new pavement, provide and install new guardrail system, relocate overhead electric and install new underground electric and site lighting, provide and install new seed and mulch to areas disturbed during construction. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of Bids unless released by the Owner. Bids submitted without Bid Security and completed certification forms will not be considered. This project is funded in part by Department of Housing and Urban Development grant funding. Federal provisions apply. Contractors prohibited receiving federal funds shall not be considered for the award. This agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. 177-58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget's Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18, 2022. The Contractor shall guarantee all materials and equipment furnished and work performed for a period of one year from the date of substantial completion. The Town of Jonesport, Maine reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in its best interests, as Owner, to accept.
