Gouldsboro's resident population increases seasonally, typically doubling during the summer months. There are approximately 60 miles of roadways in Gouldsboro. Prospect Harbor Town Pier is an active site used by town residents, primarily commercial fishermen. The lot is shared with another commercial entity. When performing the specified scope of work, contractor shall incorporate the appropriate features to allow safe vehicle and pedestrian passage for the duration of the project, and to minimize the wait time to less than 10 minutes during majority of operations. The Town of Gouldsboro (the "Town") invites bids for a firm fixed price contract for repairs to Prospect Harbor Pier Parking Lot, Town of Gouldsboro to restore the site back to its pre-disaster design, function, and capacity (in-kind) within the existing footprint as well as install mitigation features as specified in the scope of work.
