As of July 29, 2025 Bid were rejected ,No definite date for rebid The Town of Gouldsboro invites bids for roof replacements for: Fire Station #2 located at 4 Williams Brook Road, Fire Station #3 located at 6 Walter's Road. Strip all old roofing, underlayment and edging material Install 6ft Ice and Water shield along the eaves and 3 ft up the rake edges Install underlayment vapor barrier covering on remaining roof area Install lifetime warranty architectural asphalt shingles, nailed with high wind nail pattern Install ridge vent Clean up and disposal of all debris with special attention to nails in paved areas Each roof is 2800 sq ft Questions- contact Mike Connors at 963.5589(o) or 546.0940(c)
