Description

Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Kennebunk, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Replacement of existing Weil-McLain Boiler #1 with a high-efficiency commercial boiler system, including integration capabilities for future Central Air Conditioning or Hydronic Cooling systems. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials , tools, rigging, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the removal of existing equipment and installation of the new high-efficiency heating system. A. Demolition & Removal Safely disconnect and isolate electrical power supply wiring from the existing Weil-McLain Boiler #1 and burner assembly. Disconnect existing fuel oil piping, hot water supply/return piping, and exhaust breeching. Provide all heavy rigging, handling, and transportation required to remove the existing boiler from the boiler room premises.
