Description: BID NUMBER 2024-063 Federal Aid Project No. 2366900 & 2366910, WIN 23669.00 & WIN 23669.10 Location: Projects are located in Lewiston, in Androscoggin County. Outline of Work: Main Street Improvements includes 1.4 miles of variable depth mill shim and overlay, signal improvements, pedestrian ramp reconstruction, and other incidental work. Main Street Mill & Overlay includes 0.2 miles of a variable depth mill shim and overlay with pedestrian ramp reconstruction and ADA improvements. The basis of award will be lowest sum of Section 0001 & Section 0002. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each for 100% of the Contract price, shall be required of the successful Bidder. This Contract is subject to all applicable federal laws, as well as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements as set forth by the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT). The lowest responsive bidder must demonstrate to the Municipality that it is qualified to undertake the work to be considered for the award of this contract.
