A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each for 100% of the Contract price, shall be required of the successful Bidder. This Contract is subject to all applicable federal laws, as well as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements as set forth by the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT). The lowest responsive bidder must demonstrate to the Municipality that it is qualified to undertake the work to be considered for the award of this contract.
