The project involves the installation of a precast concrete box culvert and retaining walls (supplied by Town), gravel base and subbase, steel beam guardrails and other related incidental items on Wilson Pond Road in Monmouth. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check, made out to the Town of Monmouth. The successful bidder must furnish the following: 1. Certificate of Insurance (in accordance with Section 3, Article 26) 2. 100% Construction Performance Bond 3. 100% Construction Payment Bond. The Town of Monmouth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Monmouth, not necessarily the lowest bid.
