Design and build a replacement bridge for Knox Road Bridge using HL-93 Load rating standards. Obtain proper permitting as required. Utilize best practices for erosion control as needed. Provide a temporary bridge with guardrails for residential access during construction on a dead-end town way. Remove minimal trees for access, mobilize equipment to the jobsite, and provide all equipment needed to complete the job. Remove the wooden guardrail, old pipe, and designated pavement for the proposed work area (the Town will dispose of debris once removed). Install Rip-Rap at abutments to prevent scour. Install new bridge, guardrails, gravel, seed, and mulch disturbed areas as needed. Provide necessary workers compensation insurance for all employees and commercial liability insurance as required. A performance bond may be required. Complete the project in a timely manner.
