**As of April 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Pike Industries, with an awarded amount of $518,178.60.** BID #1; Sunday River Road multiple locations; 389 Sunday River Road (Old Schoolhouse) to Farm Lane (approximately 2780'); the Covered Bridge to Randall Road including transition to Roderick Road (approximately 700'); Simonds Brook Bridge to 939 Sunday River Road (approximately 2400') with 939 drive-way shimmed with compacted gravel as needed and Nordic Knoll Road, southerly (approximately 1500'); BID #2 Valley View Road (approximately 3481') and BID #3 Branch Road (approximately 6900'). Provide the necessary supervision, engineering, layout, notifications, materials, and construction of; 3/4" shim lift of Maine DOT Spec. 9.5 mm. shim HMA mix, overlay with a 1" lift of Maine DOT Spec. 9.5mm. surface HMA mix, place 2' wide compacted gravel shoulder backing material entire road length at sections as needed, for all affected areas on these three roads.
