The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for the WMF Gilead Trail Bridge Superstructure Replacement on the White Mountain National Forest. Activities not otherwise restricted may be scheduled at contractor's preference, when consistent with material limitations, manufacturer's instructions, and in accordance with approved work schedule and suitable advance notification as required. Work shall be conducted safely, performed diligently, in a workmanlike manner adhering to Plans and Specifications and instructions, and be completed promptly. Contractor shall not suspend work prior to implementing appropriate soil stabilization and site protection measures, without approval of COR. No pre-bid tour is scheduled at this time.
