Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ogunquit, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The construction of roadway and drainage improvements on Agamenticus Road in Ogunquit, ME, (including full depth reconstruction, sidewalk construction, drainage improvements, traffic control, and site restoration) Completion time for the project will be calculated as 105 calendar days from the date specified in the "Notice to Proceed". It is anticipated that a Notice to Proceed will be issued on or before July 23, 2021. Final Completion must be reached by within 30 days of Substantial Completion. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security made payable to the Town of Ogunquit in an amount of 5% of Bidder's Bid price and shall be in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements included in the General Conditions of the contract. The selected bidder shall be required to provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the project price. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in any or all proposals, to reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal submitted for the project, as deemed by the Owner to be in its best interests based upon qualifications, experience, demonstrated ability to perform, cost, and other factors deemed by the Owner to bear on the successful outcome of the Contract.
