Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Parsonsfield, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a wood framed water treatment facility with cement board siding, standing seam metal roof, and slab-on-grade foundation with frost wall. The facility will be equipped with process piping and chemical feed systems including soda ash, sodium hypochlorite, and phosphate, VFDs, ATS, electrical, lighting, heat pumps and unit heaters, half bathroom, lab bench and sink, mechanical room, and desk space. Site work will include grading, site piping, two submersible well pumps, paved driveway, fencing, propane tanks and generator, floor/ sanitary drain holding tank, and underground electrical service as shown on the design plans.
