The PHASE A Intersection Improvements project generally includes, but is not limited to the following items: 2" Mill and Overlay of the intersection Installing new granite curbing Construct numerous curb ramps to make them ADA-compliant Furnish and install new hardscape sidewalk and plaza areas PMA Plaza reconstruction shall remove existing pavement and shim with ABC type A in preparation for new sidewalk construction between Curb Lines Install underground conduit for a new traffic signal at the intersection and also for new ornamental lighting around the intersection Install and energize City owned traffic signal equipment, ornamental lighting poles and fixtures Reconstruction of PMA plaza planters Furnish and install all landscape planting materials, with the exception of Trees which are to be provided by the City and installed by the Contractor. Install new pavement markings.
