The project is for airfield re-marking and pavement maintenance at the Portland International Jetport. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically or by mail, using the City-provided proposal form, and must be signed by an authorized individual. All required City forms must be properly executed and included in the proposal package. Proposals must include the legal name of the organization and specify its legal entity type. If the proposal is from a corporation, the state of incorporation must be indicated. All bids must be open to acceptance for ninety days. Questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing by noon, five business days before the bid opening. Oral explanations are not binding. This initiative will encompass key operational areas, including taxiways, runways, and aircraft aprons. All pricing submitted should reflect the total cost of the work, inclusive of furnishing all required materials, as well as providing all labor, equipment, tools, and any necessary incidentals to ensure the successful and timely completion of each component. The Portland International Jetport reserves the right to increase / decrease quantities based on their available budget. The Jetport intends to begin airfield marking work in late April or early May each year, with all agreed-upon work to be fully completed no later than June 25 of each contract year. The Jetport will share plans and square footage amounts for airfield marking each contract year on or before February 15. The initial contract year (year 1) for this work, will begin at contract execution (Winter 2026) and will go through June 30, 2027, approximately 16 month duration for year one.
