Questions that result in modifications to the bids specifications will be in the form of a written addendum and sent to all bid holders on registered in the Purchasi The scope of work includes demolition of the existing sidewalk (both bituminous or concrete segments), installation of new concrete and bituminous sidewalk where specified, installation of new and reset granite curbing, (re)construction of pedestrian curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards, installation of new and reset drainage structures, installation of reset cobblestone gutters where specified, and pavement markings. Sealed bids for the project must be submitted electronically to the specified email address with the bidder's name, contract name, and bid number in the subject line. Proposals may also be submitted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or in person at the specified city address. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure timely submission.
