SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS, AND OTHER INFORMATION: The work of this contract generally includes rehabilitation of the columns, hand railings, timber rub rail, tactile warning strip, and platform concrete surface, and other associated work at the Portland Transportation Center (PTC), as described below and in the attached Plans and Specifications. The Contractor shall procure and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, the following insurance coverages naming the Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority ("NNEPRA") as insured, in forms and with companies and coverage limits satisfactory to NNEPRA. Concord Coach and Langdon Street Reality shall be named as additional insured. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance protecting against liability from bodily injury or property damage arising out of the Project. Workers Compensation and Occupational Disease Insurance, as required by law. Automobile Liability Insurance covering all motor vehicles used about or in connection with the Project. All work for this contract shall be completed no later than November 28, 2025.
