**As of June 30, 2025, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid.** All proposals shall remain open to acceptance for ninety (90) days from their opening. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specified. Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the contract can be summarized as follows: Supply, deliver and install new insulated wall panels, including all metal framing backup, supports, flashings, trim, sealants, etc. Also included is associated removal, replacement or reinstallation of roof edge metals, louvers and EPDM rubber flashings. This bid is for the area identified on the plans as PHASE 1. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Office and be received no later than five business days prior to the bid due date - these may be mailed, hand delivered, faxed to 207.874.8652 or e-mailed to pfitzgerald@portlandmaine.gov . For this project, the due date for questions is 12:00 noon, June 19th, 2025. Bids from contractors not registered with the Purchasing Office may be rejected; receipt of this document directly from the City of Portland Purchasing Office indicates registration. Should a vendor receive this invitation from a source other than the City Purchasing Office, please contact 207-874-8654 to ensure that your firm is listed as a vendor for this bid. This bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder that submits the lowest base bid amount. Bidders shall visit site prior to bid and carefully examine project scope and conditions that may affect proper execution of work of this Section and determine or verify dimensions and quantities. Contractors submission of bid shall be acknowledgment that he is thoroughly familiar with project scope and site conditions. Work by others (not in contract) includes removal and re-installation of light fixtures, access control devices, charging station(s), door switches, fire alarm devices and cameras.
