Renovation of a parking garage in Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Parking Garage Elevator Improvements Project at Portland International Jetport Outline of Work: Removal and replacement of (2) Existing Elevator Systems at the Portland Jetport Parking Garage next to Terminal Building per the contract drawings and specifications and as required for a complete replacement ready for owner acceptance including general conditions and pedestrian traffic control and all general conditions. It is highly recommended that a general contractor be the lead on the project with the elevator company being a subcontractor given the ancillary work and general conditions of the project. Contractor shall replace one elevator at a time and shall install barrier fencing in elevator shaft to maintain separator and keep adjacent elevator operational. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 07/10/2025 Questions regarding this bid shall be made in writing only and be sent to the Purchasing Office, being received no later than five working days prior to the bid opening
