Location: In Kennebec and Lincoln Counties: Project 2797800 is located on Route 27 beginning in Wiscasset at US Route 1 and extending north 12.67 miles. In Kennebec County: Project 2798000 is located on Route 27 beginning in Pittston 0.17 of a mile north of Kelley Road and extending north 4.37 miles. Includes section beginning at Route 27 and extending north 0.03 of a mile. Outline of Work: Pavement Milling, Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay, Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course with Drainage and Safety Improvements, and other incidental work.
