The Town of Rangeley requests sealed written proposals for a Mini Excavator/ with attachments (Finish bucket, Flail mower/ Brush head or saw) The desired unit will have a minimum of 1. Mini excavator with an operating weight of up to 16,000lbs. 2. Equipment trailer suitable to haul mini excavator and attachments. 3. Unit to have an enclosed cab with heat and A/C. 4. Unit to have rubber tracks. 5. Unit to have a dozer blade, with bolt on removable cutting edge. 6. Unit to have a travel motion alarm. 7. Unit to have a Quick attach coupler, with 24" and 30" buckets. 8. Dig depth 12' without an extendable arm. 9. Bucket digging force 11,000lbs. 10. Arm digging force 5,600lbs. 11. Hydraulic system 39 GPM, with 20 GPM at auxiliary hydraulics. 12. Auxiliary hydraulics on boom to be capable of running bush hog/ flail with 18 GPM requirements and be adjustable to accommodate different size attachments. 13. Machine to be able to handle the above attachments, front, side, and rear of machine with arm extended maximum reach of machine. 14. Engine to be Diesel, Tier 4 compliant. 15. Parts and Service manual in electronic format. 16. Warranty (1) year minimum of parts and labor on entire unit shall be provided unless otherwise stated in these specifications. All warranty service is to be FOB Public Works Dept, 15 School Street, Rangeley, Maine (mileage and travel time covered by warranty) The Town of Rangeley reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or bids.
