Site work for a water / sewer project in Rangeley, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the construction and delivery of 30 wooden wave attenuators (wave booms) for the replacement of the wave attenuators at Rangeley Lake State Park in Rangeley, Maine. The wooden wave attenuators are 5' x 20' sections constructed with spruce logs and pressure treated lumber. The sections are to be constructed off-site and delivered to Rangeley Lake State Park. Questions on the bid opening process shall be addressed to the Bid Administrator: Deane Rykerson, Architect, Division of Planning, Design & Construction, Bureau of General Services, 77 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0077, BGS.Architect@Maine.gov. The bid shall be submitted on the Contractor Bid Form (section 00 41 13) provided in the Bid Documents. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as may best serve the interest of the Owner.
