Interior Renovation of Raymond Elementary Interior renovation of Raymond Elementary, including slective interior demolition of non-structural metal framing, gypsum wall board and suspended ceilings, hollow metal doors and frames, casework, plumbing and light fixtures. Remove and relcate existing fire alarm panel and security panels. New construction shall include aluminum storefront and entrances, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, plasticlaminate cabinates, transaction windows, interior finishes such as tile carpeting and resilient flooring, appliances, and interior specialties. The cost of the work is approximately $ 580,000.00. The work to be performed under this contract shall be completed on or before the Final Completion date of 19 August 2021. Project includes demolition and new construction of the administration wing of RSU 14 Raymond Elementary School. Demolition includes removal of selected interior finishes, metal stud partitions, interior and exterior hollow metal doors and frames, casework, ceiling grid and tiles, lighting fixtures, and plumbing fixtures. Remove and salvage items selected to turn over to the Owner and re-installation. New construction shall include installation of aluminum storefront and entrances, transaction windows, interior rated and non-rated hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, plastic laminate clad architectural casework, rated and non-rated glazing, interior finishes, wall protection, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
