Starting at Route 302 ending at Pipeline Rd and then the Viola side of Pine Lane ending at Elizabeth Ave. Bid shall consist of all work necessary to fully reclaim, pulverize and recycle the existing pavement and underlying gravel to a nominal depth of no less than 10 inches. Finish grade shell be no more than 2 % from center line to shoulder of roadway. Base pavement will be laid for a thickness of 2" and a distance of 1,860' with an existing width of 20'. Work to be completed by 10/30/25 Starting from Meadow Rd travel to the gate. Bid shall consist of all work necessary to shim and overlay for a distance of 2,203' x 22'. Shim will be laid for a thickness of no less than .5" and surface will be laid for a thickness of no less than 1". Bituminous tack coat will be used on shim to old surface and on shim to surface if deemed necessary by the Public Works Dir.
