As more specifically set forth in the Bidding Documents, the Work shall consist of reconstruction of an eroded, seaside, stone revetment and embankment along with the full reconstruction of approximately 485 linear feet of Black Point Road, installation of new drainage piping, and replacement of steel guardrail. Work associated with this Agreement shall be substantially complete on or before June 13, 2025. Substantially complete is defined by the Town of Scarborough as having the following items completed: all utility infrastructure, all drainage infrastructure, all roadway gravels installed, binder pavement course installed, guardrail protection in place, and slope stabilization. The Contractor shall demobilize for the summer months. Remaining work under this Agreement shall take place after September 1, 2025, with all remaining items completed prior to September 20, 2025. The Project shall be complete and ready for final payment on or before September 20, 2025.
