Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Scarborough, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of the excavation of existing embankment material, limited clearing of several trees, placement of structural fill for foundation construction, constructing foundations for a prefabricated portable classroom, placing of common borrow for embankment construction, construction of a sidewalk accessing the portable classroom, and loaming and seeding disturbed vegetated areas. The work to be performed under this contract shall be completed on or before the Final Completion date of August 14, 2020. Bids are to be placed in drop box labeled Bid for Pleasant Hill School Portable Classroom which will be located outside of the MAIN BUILDING ENTRANCE by 10:45 AM on Friday May 29, 2020. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will result in the bidder forfeiting their right to bid on the "Pleasant Hill School Portable Classroom" project. The bids shall be submitted on the Contractor Bid Form (section 00 41 13) provided in the Bid Documents. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as may best serve the interest of the Owner.
