Searsmont Community Building exterior maintenance work. Vertical trim at corners of building; quantity 4, and vertical door trim; quantity 3. Remove designated pieces (full length). Replace with material of same dimension, (Azec or approved equal). Fasteners shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation. Apply one coat of primer (Benjamin Moore -Stix or approved equal) and one coat of finish color (Benjamin Moore, Moore Glo, soft gloss - white or approved equal) Replace the down spout at easterly side of building, fasten securely. New downspout shall be of the same design and material as the existing one. Repair pillars: fill cracks with approved material, sand, prime, & paint with coatings as specified above for trim. Caulk pillar caps with commercial grade caulking & paint. Exterior ceilings & all surrounding trim: Main Entrance (West side) - (Barrel Ceiling) & Lower-Level Entrance (East side) (flat ceiling); remove mold & mildew, with Mold Armor - E-Z Deck Wash or approved equal, apply per manufacturer's directions.
