Oxford County is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for cemetery fencing removal, repair, replacement, and related improvements at multiple cemetery locations within the County. Scope of Work: 1. Mason Cemetery: Remove existing cedar fencing and posts and replace with new fencing maintaining the existing character and style. 2. Hunts Corner Cemetery: Remove gates permanently (retain for reuse), widen gate openings by three feet each symmetrically and align with cemetery roadway centerlines. Straighten, tighten, and stabilize fencing by adding fence-to-rail clips. 3. York Cemetery: Remove and dispose of existing fencing. Install galvanized chain-link fencing along Cemetery Road for both old and new sections. Leave road access in each section at common location to existing layout. 4. Riley Cemetery: Remove existing fencing and posts and replace them with cedar, split rail and cedar posts. Dispose of all old fencing and debris appropriately. General Requirements: All sites shall be cleaned and all debris disposed of properly. All signage shall be replaced. Bids must be itemized by cemetery. Instructions to Bidders: A mandatory site visit is required prior to submitting a bid. Contractors may visit by appointment or independently. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) and completed W-9 form must be submitted with the bid.
