Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in South Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Each Bidder Must Submit a Single Email, Where the Subject Line Clearly States "Boiler Replacement" (Bid# 20-25)". The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, to Waive Any Technical or Legal Deficiencies, and to Accept Any Bid That It May Deem to Be in the Best Interests of the Owner. All Questions Related to This Solicitation Should Be Directed to Matt Fitzgerald, Purchasing Agent, at Mfitzgerald@southportland.gov . Questions After December 16,2024 Will Not Be Answered. Only Questions Answered by Addenda Will Be Binding. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for at Least 60 Days After Receipt of Bids Unless Released by the Owner. This scope of work consist of: 1. Demolition of the existing boiler 2. Assist riggers with removal of old boiler and installation of the new boiler*. 3. Provide piping the water side of boiler. 4. Provide Gas piping for the new boiler 5. Modify electrical on new boiler. 6. Venting of new boiler.
