Crosstown Connector Preliminary Design & Environmental Study The City of South Portland (the "City") is seeking technical proposals for engineering services to develop a preliminary (30%) roadway design engineering plan set for a new "Crosstown Connector" roadway between Main Street and Highland Avenue along and extending from Rumery Street. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject line clearly states "CROSSTOWN CONNECTOR (RFP# 22-25)". The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the Owner. Question Deadline 02/10/2025 All questions related to this solicitation should be directed to Matt Fitzgerald, Purchasing Agent, at mfitzgerald@southportland.org Questions received less than 5 working days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the Owner. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
