Renovation of a civil project in South Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of the ±400 SF EPDM roof of the West High Pump Station with additive alternates to replace the roofs of the Western Ave 2 Pump station (±700 SF) and the screenings building at the wastewater treatment plant (±530 SF). This Contract is funded in whole by the City of South Portland. The Work shall be completed and ready for final payment by October 1, 2025 as set forth in the Agreement. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. All questions are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions may be transmitted by e-mail to the Engineer at lkremer@southportland.org. Questions received less than 5 working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
