Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topsham, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.

The Project Includes the following work: Removal of the existing 36-inch corrugated metals culverts and replacement with a 10'-3" wide by 6'9" rise aluminum arch culverts. The project also consists of adding a sidewalk on the western shoulder of the culvert crossing, installation of a 12-inch ductile iron water main, sewer flow bypass during construction, full depth reconstruction, pavement milling, guardrail installation, and paving.
