Description properties: elm towers, 60 elm street, 7 story building riverview manor, 83 water street, 4 story building Louise avenue, 26 Louise avenue, 3 story building forsythe terrace, 26 Louise avenue, 1 story building Durbin apartments, 6 Kimball street, 4 story building main office, 88 silver street equipment: Contractor must be able to provide all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and other resources needed to complete the cleaning of all individual properties weekly. Term of contract: the contract begins a midnight the 1st of November 2023 and expires at midnight the 1st of December 2026. This contract may be renewed for 2 additional years at the discretion and mutual consent of both parties. Wha will award the contract on the best price received, but reserves the right to waive any informalities in the solicitation. The contractor Shall repair any damage done by their employees in the performance of this work at no expense to WHA (Waterville housing authority). Your proposal is to include : all labor, tools, equipment, materials, Workmans' comp., public liability, & property damage insurance, and all necessary permits to perform the work listed above in a neat and professional workmanlike manner.
