This project includes a base bid and one (1) additive alternative. The base bid consists of the surface preparation and marking of the main runway, Runway 5-23. The additive alternative consists of the crack sealing of Runway 5-23. Bid Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Schedule and Title, the proposer's name, the Bidder's address, and the time and date of the opening of bid proposals as specified above. Bid Proposals submitted by FedEx, UPS, or other parcel delivery service shall have the SEALED envelope containing the Bid Proposal placed inside the shipping carton. Copies of the Contract Documents including Plans, Specifications, Proposals, and addendums (if issued) will be available for examination and downloading beginning on April 5, 2023, at the above noted website.
