The successful Contractor will perform the following scope of work: 1. Base Bid. Determine the heating and cooling needs of the terminal building office space. Replace these 4-air handler and condenser units with similar or larger sized units. All plumbing, electrical, control, and duct work required for the installation and operation of the new heating/cooling units will be incidental to this contract. 2. Alternate #1. Inspect the central boiler and propose and price any repairs or modifications needed. 3. Alternate #2. Size and replace the 6 Dayton propane fired ceiling mounted units in the hangar with a new heating system. Preference will be given to a propane fired forced hot air heating system. The new system can be similar ceiling mounted heating units, or a new design proposed by the contractor. The new heating system will be propane fueled but electrical will be considered.
