Site work for a mixed-use development in Waterville, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage; and transportation facility.
concrete flatwork for a new garage at the Lafleur Airport. Work includes grading existing gravel for a stepped slab on grade and forming and placing a stepped slab and curb wall. The City of Waterville is seeking proposals for the construction of a 24' x 36'concrete slab with an 8" x 24" concrete curb wall at the Waterville Regional Airport. See the attached sketch for further details. PROPOSED SCOPE OF SERVICES The successful Contractor will perform the following scope of work: 1. Fine grade existing gravel for slab step and haunch, form the slab, furnish and install concrete, rebar, and welded wire mesh, place, and finish the slab. 2. Form, furnish and install concrete, rebar, and place an 8" x 24" curb wall around the perimeter of the slab. Miscellaneous Specifications 1. All concrete to be 4500 psi with 3/4-inch maximum stone size. 2. Rebar will be #5 bar - Grade 60 3.
