The City of Saco is soliciting bids for Preliminary Engineering Design and Final Design of Atlantic Trail Rehabilitation. The City of Saco reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or negotiate with particular bidders following the opening without right or recourse by bidders, if it is in the best interest of the City to do SO. Bid quotes shall be honored 60 days. The City of Saco is Sales Tax Exempt. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
