Site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a 60,000-square-foot conference / convention center; 2,000-seat recreation facility; and seven-story above grade hospitality development.
Phase One of the project will include a 60,000-square-foot expansion of the Convention Center, including a 2,000-seat theatre and exhibit space, as well as additional parking. Scope details regarding the hotel have not been released. As of May 6, 2025 demolition and sitework is underway. Subtrades have been filled. The vertical construction timeline has not been established, but will likely begin in 2025.
